From Ice Pop to Ice Warrior bring it on!!!. The Pyrenees offered perfect conditions to put by, the hustle and bustle of the busy London commuter traffic and mundane life and grey skies, and seek refuge ice climbing in the Pyrenees, the Cirque de Gavarnie is a spectacular and intimidating place, this venue was in perfect condition, the whole week was totally amazing, successfully climbing a 200m ice fall in Bielsa and the Fluide Glacial a grade 4 in Cirque de Gavarnie!!! I so would not have achieved this without Rolfe Oostra an experienced and awesome guide who lead climbed this 5 pitch route. Bring on Mount Kenya and Matterhorn!!!!!!!
